The TRIGIS WEB MAP (TWM) Internet-based geographic information system was specially developed for the requirements of municipalities and public contracting entities. It is used to digitally record, evaluate and easily administrate all important infrastructural and geographic conditions.
TWM facilitates electronic data transfer between communities, special purpose associations and the administrative district office, and enables online access of data from various authorities and ministries.
TRIGIS provides the system and stores, secures and archives geographic data. The data is stored in OGC data formats to enable continuing use of all data in the event of a future system change. Access to all data is encrypted and all current security standards are filled.
Parcel search made easy: With the address module, German and international communities can view and manage their parcel maps. In addition, the owner retrieval can be activated for authorized users. Information recorded by the authorities, such as building perimeters, "actual use" or boundary points, can be added separately.
In this 3D view a part of the tree population of this municipality is shown. Each individual tree can be categorized according to its characteristics. In the map, visual differentiation is made by size and coniferous or deciduous tree. Detailed factual data as well as control dates can be documented in the subject tray.
In this module, the process chains from dispositions (dedication, reclassification, etc.) to entries in the inventory can be made. Colour-coded streets visualise the valid type of street class. The practical document export allows you to conveniently print out and file all relevant information, always up-to-date. (Background map: OSM)
The areas show the different categories of green spaces, while the individual symbols indicate the playground inventory. Hatched areas give an indication of the next inspection date. Details of the selected swing can be directly viewed or edited via the tray (on the right of the image).
We offer network providers all required network and equipment documentation services, from acquisition of basic data, through initial measurements on open trenches, to documentation in the network information system.
TRIGIS acquires all data for pit and canal registers from the canal network.
Information about size, design type and year of manufacture of the canal is collected and stored along with geographical position data.
Digital terrain models and digital surface models are created by TRIGIS according to strict accuracy requirements.
Production is fully and partially automated.
A digital terrain model (DTM) uses a dot matrix to describe the terrain surface. The position and elevation of each dot are known.
A digital surface model (DSM) describes the Earth’s surface, vegetation and building development using three-dimensional coordinates of ground and non-ground points. It is generated using echo points of airborne laser scanning.
In cooperation with GeoFly GmbH, TRIGIS offers:
TRIGIS has over 20 years’ worth of expertise in the creation of municipal base maps.
A municipal base map contains all elements of the land register map, as well as comprehensive and detailed topographical components. This structured topography is standardized and describes routes, slopes, detailed representations of trees, street furniture such as lampposts, manhole covers, transformer stations, and much more.
In cooperation with GeoFly GmbH, TRIGIS offers:
Real-use mapping was developed in cooperation with municipal administration as a combination of base map analysis and GIS analysis (monitoring of residential areas).
The data base is provided by an aerial image interpretation using additional relevant data.
Automated algorithms developed by TRIGIS allow the detection and customized evaluation of changes in the area.
The cost effectiveness of solar installations depends crucially on the choice of site!
Exact knowledge of the geometries and solar capacities is one of the most important prerequisites when searching for and evaluating solar installation sites.
In cooperation with GeoFly GmbH and GeoContent GmbH, TRIGIS offers the following services:
The knowledge of energy losses in buildings and district heating lines helps to reduce energy consumption and save money.
The thermal values for the buildings measured are given in relation to the ground plan.
For each building a separate heat loss class is identified. This provides the basis for energy efficiency concepts.
For information relating to the public, associations and other interested parties, we offer a presentation in a web portal environment.
The knowledge of the ratio and degree of sealed land areas is decisive for the calculation of the run-off coefficient for the introduction of the split waste water charge, that is separation into untreated water and rainwater charges.
A green area register oversees (most) existing community green areas. TRIGIS offers green area acquisition on the basis of aerial photographs or terrestrial surveying. A green area register can be created in all common data types or imported to an existing GIS.
Green area registers are important tools for showing proof of traffic safety (e.g. the stability of trees along roads).
Communal and also other green areas accessible to the public are subject to obligatory traffic safety. This includes controlling the tree population at regular intervals and documenting the controls.
The Research Association for Landscape Development and Landscape Gardening (FLL), as a recognized standards committee, has developed guidelines for the control and care of trees. Since liability insurers are oriented primarily to the FLL guidelines, these have become established as the state of technology.
TRIGIS supports you with the construction of an FLL-conformant tree register, including mobile solution, reporting and local professional service offers in connection with tree experts, according to FLL.
The lighting register documents the locations of the lamps with the related factual information, such as street code and name, lamp height, and light tower number and type on site.
The lighting register offers extensive possibilities for analysis, increasing the efficiency of daily operation.
